This show *almost* made one of my "Featured Performances" over at Spanglemagazine.com. José Gonzalez has been an indie-darling for some time now, so there's no surprise when his name is equally mentioned with the band name. Junip has turned out to be a vehicle for a little more texture and density with music, than has been his solo stuff. The more you listen, the more you'll love it.
I've also really been enjoying the Acrylics, who I highlighted their new release back in February.
