Headspace (8/24/19)

Made it to another Headspace, this time in a “DIY Venue” that was wasn’t announced until the day of the party.  It was a cool little art space in this unsuspecting Cleveland east side neighborhood.  It was quite the experience, and a great time.

New Series! Q&A @ TZA

I'm not a fan of artist/band interviews.  Well maybe once in a while, but when coupled with how much time it would take to do good ones, I couldn't even consider that for this blog.  However, I've still been searching for some more original content, beyond my own lyrical prose, of course.  Then it hit me… 3 questions, short, sweet, and local - repeatable.  Even better, tie it to the "tag lines" I usually use:  Live Music, New Releases, Cleveland, OH!

These questions can be answered anyway the artist wants, seriously, humorously, whatevs.

I wanted to wait until I had a band actually respond before posting.  I couldn't have sake for a better first band… Coming soon!

rogerzmusic.com is Back!

Pardon me while I geek out on you for a second.  As you may or may not know, this blog has gone through 3 iterations.  The first was created using an old program called iBlogger which basically generated a blog and posted it on your iDisk - which served as a personal web host from Apple.  Earlier this year they discontinued MobileMe and hence their iDisk hosting, meaning I lost my first blog (www.rogerzmusic.com) and my entries from 2005-2008.  Knowing that I would never be able to retain all the deep linking I've created over the years - and that's it's not a high traffic site - I just got it back up and running and put it on Amazon's S3 service (where I pay by data through-put).  I unfortunately also lost some formatting, but having the content back up and on line is exciting (… to me)!

Tech: TZA, the Mobile Edition

Blogger recently enabled mobile templates for blogs!  (Much appreciated!!)  Now you can view this blog on your mobile device - which should auto detect.  If not, here's the URL: http://thezenderagenda.blogspot.com/?m=1

They also provide a 2D code that you can take a pic from your mobile phone (with the right software) and have it link directly for you.  If you know what I'm talking about - go ahead and take pic of this one on the screen.  It's pretty cool.  Go here if you don't know what I'm talking about.

New Logo!!

I wanted to unveil this logo with a new blog design, but who am I kidding.  I can't wait...

Calendar Change

If you've previously subscribed to my concert calendar, things are changing.  If you've not subscribed, maybe you should consider it.  I'm now managing it natively in my thezenderagenda@gmail.com account.  Here are the possible sharing options:  (hint: the ICAL option should auto load in your iCal or Outlook Calendar program)

    

Also to note, I don't actually track start times for these shows, I always put 8pm.  Any variation is for a show that I've noted the *actual* time instead.
