This was another last-minute decision. Fresh off a great dinner/show combination with Carrie Rodriguez, I wanted a similar experience at Wilbert's (again) and I was happy that Joe Firstman was there to perform. Joe is a man's man singer songwriter, along the lines of Dan Bern or Bruce Springsteen.
We missed the the openers, Trey Lockerbie and Marianne Keith, but they were actually on tour with Joe and performing with him on stage. Overall, I enjoyed the show and the dinner.
